Specifically, 2 features from the Note 5 have been provided on Note 4 in this update:
a. Screen off memo where you can use the s pen when the screen is off and you take out the pen and simply start writing on the screen.
b. Scroll capture, where you can capture extended parts of the screen as one screenshot by vertically scrolling such as in Facebook feeds.

I got this update and one important thing you miss is the lock screen note taking ability is added same as note 5 which is very helpful and s note app and multi tasking button is very responsive. one thing you said right finger print is faster now

I think u missed out on the off-screen memo feature which was seen on Note 5 added in this update for N4.
