Lol so true about group discussions. I was at NM College in Mumbai until 2015 and I remember one of the big 4 audit firms had a group discussion with 20 people. Yes. 20! It was nothing short of a fish market on stage and obviously most people couldn’t speak. After 2015 when I graduated I realized that it’s impossible to survive happily in Indian work culture and moved to North America and 6 years later, I couldn’t have been happier about a life decision.

In 2015 I went for placement in TCS after cleared my apti. In Interview, they asked about my objective and some question after a while another interviewer offered me coffee and I agreed to take and I was taking coffee with them and I was shocked that they directly rejected me then I asked them why I have not been selected they told me I should not have to take coffee because its not a good manner in interview. Till the date, I don't take coffee.

This series was released in 2017 when I was in grade 12 and now I'm in my 3rd year of Engineering and within the span of 5 months I would be in the same position. Scared aff!!!

Got placed(campus placement) in an MNC in final year, then worked for about a year before moving abroad to purse Masters. So yeah, Wishing all the best to all of u trying for a job 💯💯. Will definitely keep this lovely little community updated regarding my career in the future. Thanks all ❤️
