This is one of the most outstanding teachings on leadership I have ever heard. Very appropriate for this time we are in. As a leader of an organization with several full time employees, I found this to be very encouraging and informative. Many of us are making decisions that effect not only our own lives, but the lives of others as well. Very sound advice here for anyone who leads a business, ministry, or nonprofit. Turn off Netflix and spend 30 minutes watching this to the end. You won't regret it.
