I can't wait they better be using that theme...that was our households anthem in the 90s... pizza on the way got a Dr pepper and dads got a bud ice when this theme song came on it was go time! This theme just has it all that hockey builds up and delivers on: Grit, hype, legends being bested, unsung heroes bursting forth, everyone gets checked, enemies will be made, punishment is handed out...that's why it's figure skating on a warzone with the occasional hockey game erupting in a boxing match. I think the NHL coming back to ESPN will definitely bring the market to more people and show how special this game and it's community really are...if I ever won a lottery I would definitely try to expand and bring to the City of New Orleans... The NOLA Bourbon's outfitted on black and mardi gras green and gold. That would be sick to see the Stanley Cup on Rue Bourbon! #anythingspossible

NBC had the Crosby, Ovechkin, Kane, Toews, Bergeron, Stamkos, and Sedin era of hockey. Now ESPN gets the golden age of McDavid, Matthews, Eichel, and Pastrnak era.
