Hi friends 😁here in the UK if you go to a steakhouse your choice of sides will be chips, garlic mushrooms, onion rings and salad(I may be wrong, it's a long time since I left the house other than to work or play army). This steak side is one I've learned from watching us speed eater Randy Santel and its amazing 🤣😂 have a go, it's well worth it. Buh bye friends👍

Love all your attempts, as I like this one, although I believe it needs a little refining solution. How about cream, ricotta, dairy of some kind, instead of roux? I'm still waiting for lasagna you know? AML will get it.

Is this spinach good for the BIRD FLU turkey Christmas just announced today as a danger in Northern Ireland. Local to me warning signs of a restricted area due to Bird Flu outbreak. HOW do they restrict BIRDS entering a restricted area. Do they tell them to Fly with a mask on? It gets more and more stupid every day. Thank God for creamed Spinach and REAL COOKING to bring a bit of sanity to this world.. I have never added the cheese from a garlic ( roux ) before. sounds nice though.
