The Nissan Qashqai Mk2 (2014-2021) has experienced several issues including a creaking noise when maneuvering at low speeds, excessive oil consumption, and faulty oil level sensors.

The warning lights for ABS and ESP systems also tend to light up leading to the engine switching to limp-home mode.

Number one stupid problem for me is the non retraction of both front seat belts. They do retract, but you'll be visibly older by the time it has occurred. Number two stupid thing is vertical lower control arm bushes so the very first second they get a little worn your wrestling to keep your car in a straight line.

Interested in the comments on the Quashquai, have experienced similar problems with my 2017 Juke.
Especially creaky suspension and seat belts. Also had a recall on the battery! No problems with the other comments not yet anyway🤞
Obviously similar or same components used in both models

My 2015 J11 Tekna 1.6 CVT has had a battery fail at five years, other than that none of these apply? do get random TPMS warnings, but that is because I only check tyre pressure when I get warning. 64k never used a drop of oil.
I worked for, and had Volkswagen company cars. They drink oil, have clutch issues, DMF fails, DSG failures - all my cars were new, never more than 8, 000 miles.
