Watched the whole thing. Love ya. It may help to add beginner to the title. Not a bamf pvmer(I rarely get time this year) but I kind of already had all of this lol but I have Bis ranged Gear(if you ignore the 2 additional dyed blights and my repriser is ancient not kalphite) but outside of that lol. Was looking to see if there was anything new on the top tier pvm I know there are adding another melee weapon(hurts my heart! Waiting on T95 Range gear :( but I digress) Love your stuff thanks for the vid!

FYI the ranged cape adds 20% to the chance a bolt has to proc, not 20% flat. It's more like a 3% increase or something I think. The wiki has some good info on that.

People seem to have forgotten about the spicy stew. Complete the quests to get access to Evil Dave's basement. Then all you need to do is hunt the hellrats with a cat, or do the extra quest to catch them with your hands, and use the various colors of spice on some regular stew to make "spicy stew". The colored spices can give up to a +6 boost in any skill depending on spice, but +4 is much more common. Depends on the doses you add to the stew, up to 3 doses. This makes it possible to make regular overloads at 92. I did this back in the day and make 5k overloads to get 99(residual xp from making extremes). From my 99 herb in 2013 I am still using the overloads I made back then. Why did I do this? Before the Herby overhaul, making overloads was a waste of xp after 99. From 92 to 99 is a bit more than 6m xp. Overloads are 1k xp each. That is only 6k total ovls need made. If you boost to make your extremes and train to 92 that way, then use the extremes you make, you'll get 99 and have years of supplies.

I'd love to see a video with items people actually don't know about, aimed at maybe the more experienced players. I for example only recently found out about the Blessed Flask, and I've been afk mining sandstone during work since.

But seeing that item really made me wonder if there's more stuff like that, which we don't really need, but once we know it exists, we WANT it.

Alternativley you could use the combatants cape and the anachronia skill cape stand instead of the max cape

If I can add a thought based on my personal experience, don't sleep on defensive abilities. I ended up buying a wyrm scalp off the ge and combined it with a dark bow to make myself a strykebow, a bow that also allows use of defense skills, and it helped me learn some bosses. It's also a lot cheaper than some of the other ranged options, especially for being a t85 weapon. Downside is you won't get fast kills with it, but... If you're going for survival, Resonance, Reflect, and Barricade (a basic, threshold, and ultimate respectively) are very useful and worth the trade-off.
Now if only I could get the Kalphite King to cooperate and drop a perfect chitin for those t90 defenders I want...
