Dynamic panpsychism is making a lot of sense right now. It would be great though if Kadic could expand on his theory of personal identity, because that part of his theory is unclear. What exactly is a fundamental subject apart from its phenomenal qualities? Is it something in addition to the phenomenal qualities, like a "soul" or substance that encapsulates a given set of phenomenal qualities? Or is a subject in this scenario just a bound portion of phenomenal qualities? This is the only part of thr theory I am uncertain on.
