When I was a teenager in Manchester UK inthe 70s, me and my 3 brothers were all into Lambretta scooters. Dad brought home a Maicoletta scooter, he'd bought off a work mate for £200. It was enormous, seemingly twice the size of a Lambretta or Vespa. We really took the rise out of it. Poor Dad. He got rid of it soon afterwards. Looking back, we should've trusted his instincts.

Man, Mike was going nuts over this collection, and I don't blame him. I would probably be the exact same way. And while I am certainly not a scooter or motorcycle person, I would definitely love to own that Maico Mobile, such a cool looking scooter!

Also, I do miss that old Mercedes Sprinter van that they drove around in, I hope it went to a good home and didn't get crushed.
