Severe uncertainty plagues many crucial decisions in a range of areas, including climate, the economy and health. A wide range of scientific disciplines and professions have studied such uncertainties and decisions in the face of them, or been confronted with them in practice, developing a range of approaches.

The Uncertainty across Disciplines project aims to paint a portrait of the current state of the art across these disciplines and professions. Through a series of interviews of leading experts and actors, it presents the perspectives, results and positions in these fields, as well as their opinions.

(Interviewed by Casey Helgeson in the context of the Coping with Uncertainty: Normative Approaches, Current Practice workshop, Summer 2017.)
