Sometimes I really wish I was in ancient China, sitting in a pavilion in the spring watching as the petals fell to the floor, thinking of nothing else with no worries. Sitting in the most beautiful Hanfu. Wearing the prettiest jade. Listening to the playing of the Zither and the Flute whilst playing Chinese Go or sitting and drinking tea with the ones I valued most.

The Chinese culture is steeply founded on the concept of Yin and Yang. This is the essence of Chineseness. This is the essence of all Chinese art and culture - art of martial art, art of cooking, art of competition, art of success, art of war, art of living, etc. This is why when you see any Chinese art or hear traditional Chinese songs, you notice a certain flow with the universal force. This flow is the art of harmony with the two forces, which you can feel in your deepest being. And this is art at its universal best. This is ancient wisdom. It is priceless if you can grasp the principle - especially in these modern times. It can bring you true peace, fulfillment, greater enlightenment and true happiness because you become ONE with the universe.
