Creating a winter container with foraged materials (feat. Sunflower Steve)

To celebrate Thanksgiving, I'll be donating all of the money this video makes in it's first week to World Central Kitchen, a great nonprofit organization that provides food in areas around the world suffering from climate and other crisis, and often hires local restaurants to do it, helping them out at the same time.

"Sunflower Steve" is a Wisconsin flower farmer who has spent 13 years breeding a line of beautiful double sunflowers that will be available for home growers in the next couple years.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this! Sure wish Sunflower Steve was my neighbor. You all make a great team. My sister and I have a tradition of making similar arrangements on a much smaller scale, (for table tops), from evergreens we forage from our yards. You guys are fun! Not a fan of glittery arrangements that are too balanced and put together looking. This one is balanced yet natural looking. Some lights tucked in to give it a soft evening glow will be perfect. Happy thanksgiving everyone.
