Tremendous Turnouts Practice Tutorial! 🔥
Ready to perfect those turnouts ? 🩰✨ This tutorial will help dancers of all levels unlock their best turnouts with focused exercises designed to open, mobilize, strengthen, and stretch those hips. 💪💃
✨Equipment:
2 yoga blocks 🧘
A little space and lots of enthusiasm!
💡 The 4-Part Breakdown:
1️⃣ Release: Open up the hips with a butterfly stretch (30sec hold) and hip lifts. (x10)
2️⃣ Mobilize: Get the hips moving with hip circles (x10), froggie push-backs (x10), and straddle hip rotations( x10).
3️⃣ Strength: Build stability with side-lying leg lifts (x10) and side-lying leg pulses ( x10)
4️⃣ Stretch: Loosen up with a hip-forward kneeling stretch (30sec hold each side)
