The Deepcool AK400 Zero Dark IS The Best Budget Cooler

We just built a new Gaming / Editing PC and to cool it, we went for the Deepcool AK400 Zero Dark.
Affordable, it looks good and it is performing fantastically!

An honourable mention is the deepcool ag400 plus, good for if you want to spend a bit more money but want to keep it under 70-80 dollars (NZD*) It has 2 fans, relatively simple to install and it only 60 NZD. It keeps my intel i7 8700k at 4.2 ghz at a nice 55-65 degrees at full load so I do have some room for over clocking. If you can’t fit the cooler with the exhaust fan, you can simply use it as a 120mm case fan since it can screw in like a normal case fan.

the base AK400 with the exposed aluminum is already cheap enough and has the absolute best mounting system on a tower cooler.

I just recently got the Zero Dark Plus variant for my big PC upgrade. It’s basically this exact one but it supports LGA 1700 and comes with two fans.

Just switch from 120 aio to ak400 Plus and man the cooling is really good 70⁰c max at full stress ( rendering 5k image with High quality models ) really worth it
