The only thing I saw was that they have a stick to load the ammunition. I did not see any wounded Ukrainian soldiers.

The Russian artillerymen shows poor training with having so many shells already fused lying next to the canister charges and next to the gun. One of the last things you do is install the fuse, this show they are either undermanned or lazy. A counter battery fire would cause a catastrophic explosion with the fuses installed.
