I want robin to know, he is appreciated. my friend is blind, and cannot read reddit for himself. I introduced him to this channel because he used to always love it when I read reddit posts to him, but now im too busy to. he is a huge fan of the emkay team, and robin is his favorite narrator. so, whenever you feel like you aren't affecting anyone, remeber this:
No matter how small of a thing you do, it will always affect SOMEONE. you just need to make sure that you are always doing something that will affect someone in a POSITIVE way. which, you are. we are proud of you, Robin, your work is very much appreciated.

12:16 Regarding the woman who listens to her husband's voice in the London subway, she started going to hear his voice after he passed away. Some time later, London was updating the recordings with new voices and she was devastated. London gave her a CD with the voice recordings of her husband, but then reinstated his voice on the tube line, and will leave it there until after she passes away.

Little kids can be adorable when they're at the age where they lack the social awareness to keep their thoughts and questions to themselves. When my hair was dyed teal, I was walking through the mall when I heard this little girl go "Mommy look, a mermaid!" She was pointing at me very excitedly. Her mom tried to put the little girl's hand down, but I waved her off because I found it endearing and it made my day. I dressed up as a mermaid for Halloween that year.

Robbin deserves more wholesome subreddits like this and less of the ones that make him angry

Edit: I think the emkay *higher ups* gave Robbin a happy subreddit as a Christmas present 🎄🎄🎄

Merry Christmas (if you celebrate it) and happy holidays everyone!!

Edit 2: Emkay posting is the best Christmas gift I could have ever asked for :D

Edit 3: thanks for the… HAHA YOU THOUGHT

I was never aware bandaids were supposed to match skin tones (they don't match me besides the clear ones bc I'm just too pasty XD) but I can imagine how happy that person is to have that. Getting representation when you're usually not thought about feels good

15:15 I bet if Robin makes a GoFundMe for a new mattress, everybody in the Emkay community would have Robin’s back. Let’s make a GoFundMe for Robbin! Merry Christmas Robin!

Hey Robin, the whole "people rarely smiled in pictures" had me remembering a painter named Frans Hals who usually painted people smiling, which was very rare for that time. His paintings makes me very happy, you should check them out.

It is so wonderful to see Robin get a wholesome subreddit instead of the ones that make him mad. As much as I enjoy having an opportunity to remind him that he’d be a great president if he ever ran, seeing him happy is much more fun.

@26:40 I have an autistic child who is practically non verbal. He usually only repeats things he hears, or actually has learned to sound out and read things. There have been very very few times where we've had very small conversations and they make me so happy! I've seen parents here and their get annoyed or upset when their child talks to much and it crushes me because they don't know how good they have it to actually have a conversation with their child on a daily basis. One day my son will be able to ask me about the world, and I'm so so excited for that to happen, even if it's through writing or sign language. (Note: I was also diagnosed with Autism at a young age and also didn't speak for a very long time, so I understand all he needs is time and resources to learn how to communicate the best he can)

YOU CAN’T JUST SAY ‘I got attacked by a swan once’, AND NOT GO INTO DETAIL 😭

21:12 there was a really bad ant problem in my bedroom, and only my bedroom. i did anything I could to get them out, but nothing worked. one day, every ant was gone, and I saw a spider web in the corner of my room with a bunch of dead ants in it. don't kill spiders, they'll really help anybody

The snorlax post and the post at 26:40 hit me in my soul and hearing what Robin had to say for both had me in tears. When I was younger I was forced to throw away all my comfort items and even now I live with abusers that have told me to shut up after speaking out against my abuse and just being told to shut up in general, I'm autistic and I talk about my interest as a form of love and after being told to shut up since I was little its stunted my ability to not apologize after I realized I've been talking for a long time

On Halloween, there was this one guy in a possum costume. He gave me and my friends a lecture on how possums are our friends, and we shouldn't kill them. Wonderful guy, I believe his wife actually handmade the costume.

Whoa.... Seeing Robin respond to the 9 nanas with 'I wish I would just get that pound cake' made me realise how privileged I am. Because I am clearly one of the have's, who, when seeing a news story like that, thinks 'man, the have's should give more to the have-nots' and not 'man I wish I got something like that.' Which I suppose a have-not would, because they need them....
Whenever I see a give away box or a food package or something like it, I never think 'man, that looks amazing to get.' Because all of the things I see are things I either don't want or can just buy whenever I want. And I just now realised that for some people, something like candy or fancier food isn't something they can afford. So this is a rarity and a treat for them... When for me it's something I can get whenever.
I am so privileged.... .__.

I love when Robin gets wholesome subreddits for a break, but only Robin could have so many angry rants during r/WholesomeMemes.
