While the Budget 2020's announcement to lower the price of high rise properties that foreigners can buy to RM600,000 has drawn a lot of debate, the news can't be happier for foreigners.

Ten years ago, Ginny So bought her first condo on the third of her stay in Penang.

So impressed was she with the island lifestyle that she now owns four properties on the island.

She bought condos using her own money and not the rakyat money. There are malaysians who bought properties in australia, new zealand and UK. Why is it those who make noise about foreigners who bought properties in malaysia are silent about malaysians who bought properties overseas with rakyat's money? Can somebody explain.
