read the manual, you should disconnect the pump hose at the purge and place the pressure switch at the vertical

Leave hose off of pressure switch during warm up for about 14 sec and then connect hose to switch

Mine is rated for 1.30inwc” but it opens at 1.60 does that mean it’s bad ?
