Kirin / Osman parts ways with the pirates as he lands in a forest near Aleppo. Vengeance towards Jack Layzon was nearing its finish.

First, in the forest, you have to move through a raging river. Not only are more of Layzon's high-tech troops, here, but you may also have to deal with more of those anti-gravity rocks from Stage 3, as well as river beasts called Mizuti!
----------

Kirin then reaches a facility that locks behind him. He then meets the last of his own Teki. In this playthrough's case, I have to fight Willf, but with a twist!

Apparently, Kirin was already killed before in the story, and Willf tries to have him select a past stage to see where he got killed in the past. The orbs you get to choose from represent spots from the previous 3 stages. I chose the one that took me to the end of Stage 2, which takes place inside the Temple of Slaver and had me fight Herio in a ring cage.

This time, you just have to fight Willf in this same cage. He likes to jump around and slash at you, and even use his flying platform to help, all while taunting you with a ghostly laugh. Shred him to ribbons before he does that to you.

Once you do, he realizes his mistake of trying to set Kirin up for a trap, and immediately dies for it, afterwards. You can then continue into the city of Prague, the capital of Layzon's Federation.
----------

After climbing a few stories and trying not to get blasted by troops, you slide inside one of the buildings only to be greeted by the Federation's most powerful mech, the Euro-Gam. It's really annoying to hit without getting hit yourself by its different blasts, but once you've turned it to scrap metal, you can finally help Kirin reach his grand prize...
----------

Kirin at last finds Jack Layzon in his grand bathroom, with the latter shocked that the former has survived his entire trip through the Cabil Desert. You can approach him, but he'll just back around, and your attacks will never do anything to him.

You end up forcing him to his balcony, and then... A huge sword stabs him from behind, chopping him to pieces until he was no more. Jack Layzon was killed, but not from Kirin, but rather, from the goddess Slaver, herself!

Slaver was extremely enamored by Kirin's deadly techniques at this point. She presented herself to him as his master of destruction. You stand on the same sword she used to kill Layzon, where she takes Kirin up to her mysterious lair to put him through some final tests...
