Can a rectal prolapse be cured without surgery?

Mr Muti Abulafi talks about two different types of prolapse; mucosal prolapse of the lining of the bowel that may be treated without an operation and full-thickness rectal prolapse. What can be done without surgery?

PLEASE hear my story. I had rectal prolapse caused by IBS and bad guy bacteria. I was told there's no cure and I need surgery. I then reduced my Wheat foods and sugary foods. Increased vegetables and sour fruits. For Carbs I eat Oatmeal, Potatoes and Rice. IMPORTANT. I'm drinking 2 Tablespoons of Pure Olive Oil first thing in the morning. I make sure I drink warm water after every meal. It's been 6 months and my Prolapse is completely gone. Thank God.

I think I’ve had this for two years. I think my anus muscles have become so week that it’s gotten to easy for the prolapse to pop out when I pass stool. Sometimes I get really bad pains from not being able to pass stool because theirs a large lump in my bum that prevents it from passing. I’m going to be 20 in a couple of months and haven’t been able to go to the doctors since COVID but I’m scared I will need surgery and have to go the doctors. I want to exercise more than just walking but I’m afraid that by doing cardio or lifting anything my prolapse could potentially pop out and that’s my biggest fear right now. I really hope this goes away on its own. I can’t afford surgery and I just wish I could poop.

Where i keep shitting every 20 mins or smth like that. While cleaning the poop i noticed that something is like a swelling, so ngl I did a photo, and it kinda looks like lips hahahahhaha. All I have to do to put it back in is to clench my ass, and it's okay, but everytime I poop it comes out. This has been going on for 2 days now, I'm a bit annoyed and freaked out by it, while readkng the comments, hopefully it goes away on its own, if not I have no clue what I will do.

I am 47, i have incomplete rectal prolapse, only a size of a peanut. i have it After heavy constipastion. and what i do it after toilet, and i use my hand to push inside at the same time standing up slowly. and it normal back. if not it feel little discomfort and take a whole day to be nornal.

Hello, I hope you still check this video comments. We have a dog who got a prolapsed rectum and we took her to the vet. The vet put it back and stitched it up. 2 weeks later took stiches out and sent home. First poop was lose but rectum prolapsed again. Took dog back to vet and vet did something, but now dog has diarrhea all the time. She never poops anything solid at all. Always squirts for months. she is laying down and poop just comes out.
