Potemer made a response to the drama which was debunked. Many Potemer fans believed Potemer to be innocent after his response was made. Florida, in the middle of 2022, was the time they had supposedly met and the interaction went on. AOC in Florida at that time, and for a long time before that has always been 18. The Romeo & Juliet laws DO apply to the two, but not to a full extent, which can POSSIBLY make it so that Potemer, which is now 18, can be registered as an SO. Here's why.

#1: Romeo & Juliet laws prevent "overwhelming" punishment for underage individuals, specifically individuals who have a 2-4 year gap in age, and note that Potemer was 16, and she was 12 at the same time, so this part can be in Potemer's favor. Romeo & Juliet Laws also don't prevent the charges altogether, just nullify them to a certain degree so they aren't so impactful.

#2: Victim needs to be at least 14, but she was 12 at the time, which leaves holes in the criteria to be met, and in some cases, where not all criteria are met in court, the offender can be registered and charged with punishments on the same degree as an SO that would be 18+.

Parents should also fess' up because if this is brought in their irl lives, the parents can possibly be charged with accessory to crime. It's considered obstruction of justice and failure to report child abuse. And from what I see, the parents may very well get charged in a more dire way than Potemer himself.

Parlo reminds me of a French-speaking Youtuber who is in the critic niche called Punisher. They are both highly professional, yet Punisher takes more of a global approach in his videos, not only on Roblox, but generally on problematic Youtubers.
