The Mind-blowing Differences Between Quantum Physics And Mechanics

What is quantum physics? Why should we care about knowing what is quantum physics? Do we NEED to know what quantum physics is? How does quantum physics affects our daily lives? These questions, and many more, come to mind when one thinks of quantum physics. Which questions should we try to answer first? We will first settle the issue of know what we are talking about: quantum physics. Understanding the story of the birth of quantum physics will help us understand.

Quantum physics is the physics of the microscopic world; the world of molecules, atoms, and sub-atomic particles. It is a branch of physics that was born in the early decades of the twentieth century, with its seeds germinating in the late decades of the nineteenth century. Q

What is quantum mechanics explained
You are currently facing one of the most important equations of all time.
It is called the Schrödinger wave equation.
Let me explain why it is so beautiful.
First of all, as you can see, it is really simple.
Usually, in the Physics world, simple and elegant formulas are the most important ones.
Even Einstein had this strong belief: that the world and the universe could have been described by means of some...cute formulas. A well-built theory is usually visually good in terms of equations.

As Einstein himself said:
“It can scarcely be denied that the supreme goal of all theory is to make the irreducible basic elements as simple and as few as possible without having to surrender the adequate representation of a single datum of experience.”

Just think about it.
It's like when you want to express your emotions.
Sometimes you don't think too much about them, your words come out of your mouth and you produce a messy cascade of words. Your interlocutor can still understand what you are saying, but it is kinda difficult to follow your thoughts.
But if you write your thoughts on paper, you will probably find a better way to express them. A more efficient and concise way. This also holds for physics theories. We could have good ones, but some of them are just more elegant than others.

Physical laws were called quantum mechanics because they deal with the behavior (the “mechanics”) of particles of matter (“quanta”). It covers a feature of matter that Newtonian physicists never dreamed of, a feature called wave/particle duality: Every kind of particle, according to quantum mechanics, sometimes behaves like a wave, and every kind of wave sometimes behaves like a particle.
The "rules" are very different in quantum physics than in classical Newtonian physics. When one provides the classical laws with initial conditions, they predict what will happen afterward (for example, what trajectory a ball will follow); their predictions are unique. The quantum laws, by contrast, predict only probabilities for what will happen, not certainties (for example, the probability that a ball will travel through this, that, or another region of space).
A union of Einstein's general relativity and quantum mechanics produces a powerful new set of laws called quantum gravity. Still physicists don't understand quantum gravity very well, the SF film _Interstellar_ alludes to the problem.

This is a great video. Thank you for making it.😊✨

Particles are very dense and stable waves. They are dense waves that also have form/shape.

Full of errors and crap. For instance, it's "physicist" at 17:01, not "physicians", FFS. And when will Americans learn to pronounce "Erwin Shrödinger". It's, (approximately), pronounced "Ehrvin Shrerdinguh". Please get it right!

Working on the very small is needed, but working on the extremely large is just as important. Let's try and start building in the vacuum. So we really need a moon base or Mars base in the worst way. And a really functional space base. If we stop the wars, we can do this. But we need all countries to chip in. These wars over small pieces of land are ridiculous and have to stop. So join me and let our leaders know that we've had enough. Immigration needs to stop, let's help those countries be all they can be to help in this world project. I think this is the project that can bring us all together for a common goal. The many worlds project sounds good, but, the new worlds project should be it's name. Peace 😎 ✌️ from Canada, eh. Together.
