The notting hill carnival is the biggest in Europe . Over a million people attended it . The majority of people come for the super floats costumes music and food. However a minority the gangs and troublemakers come for the violence . A bit like the English football fans in the 1980s. The majority of football fans went for the football . However a minority, the football hooligans thugs and yobs went for the violence .
