I know that not fighting is in Jason's character, but this is one of those times I'd really like to see him fight for Sam. He lost 5 years of his life with Sam and now he has Danny, Sam, Scout and Jake. After being apart from them for so long it would make sense that his priorities would shift from mob stuff to wanting to spend as much time as he could with the woman he loves and his children.

I hope Sam realizes that just because Jason is not living with them does not mean they will be safe. Bad people will still come after her and Jason's children, duh... What better way to bring someone to their knees than to go after everyone they care about. Jason's children will always be in danger until the day they die. Jason's grandchildren will be in danger, and so on; until the last revenge for anything he's ever done has been avenged. Duh!
Sam is only looking at a temporary solution to a life long problem. Girl get your head out of the sand! You want your kids safe, move out of Port Charles, out into the boondocks. Some place with no cell phone service, or WiFi. And check the local police for no signs of local drug activity. You can never let anyone know where you are located, cannot contact any family in Port Charles, ever. Live like the witness protection program. That might be safe, or she can still be found eventually.
So short sighted! Think about it.
