They need to be a bit more careful with buffs/nerfs, like the Diminishing Returns was good, but now we just have groups which chain tons of roots and slows, and because that won't proc diminishing returns, you have to be a bit more careful, Winged Blade for example is good now but they'll probably nerf it in the future
