Imagine lossing ur parents at such a young age, getting kidnapped and used as a weapon by criminals, then joining what she thought was "Saviors of the world" then lossing her brother shortly after. Being caged in for being who she is and had to fight the people who fought alongside her. And finally, found love and then lossing it in the most horrific way by having to kill him herself, and forced to watch him die twice. She was messed up mentally. It's no wonder she became delusional and tried to recreate her own fantasy

Honestly the most devastating thing is that they dragged her back into the bullshit in Dr strange 2. She was finally accepting things. Grieving, obviously, and depressed, but she was learning to accept. Then they did a total 180 just because they wanted a super powerful baddie. Like, give the damn woman a break. She was just the “bad guy”, just learned from it and got through it, just did the right thing in the end. It upset me to no end that they just shoved her in that movie to be a villain (and she was still the best part of it). Basically redoing what she did to west view on behalf of vision AGAIN even though she literally just learned her lesson. Just give her a break. She doesn’t have to be happy, she can still be the trauma dump character, just give her room to breathe and actually develop, let it stick.

If WandaVision was supposed to be all about mental health and the process of grief, then they did a total 180 to reiterate that yes, people with mental illness are out of control and a danger to everyone else and selfish, single-minded people.

It just bugs me that they do such good character development with her and then backtrack every time. I know it’s worse in the comics, but they’ve changed enough. Why can’t they let her keep growing instead of making her learn and forget the same lesson every time 😭

So what I find amazing is that even though they had every reason and more to fear her, they still gained up on her they still felt safe if you call it that, or confident in that she didnt want to hurt them. They knew she didnt mean to hurt them that she didnt mean to trap them, they knew why it happend. Doesnt make her not the bad guy, but it sheds light on the complexity of it.
