Doypack Zipper Bag Labeling Machine, Automatic Pouch Label Applicator Machine

The video shows the working process of doypack zipper pouch labeling machine. The labeling machine includes an automatic feeding device, workers only need to put the stacked bags to the feeding device, the bags will be automatically separated one by one and then automatically labeled.

The automatic bag labeling machine streamlines the process of applying self-adhesive labels to flat surfaces of flexible packaging like pouches and bags made from plastic or paper. It's designed for precision and efficiency, employing advanced technology to ensure accurate and consistent label application.

The machine can be designed to apply labels to different bag types: ziplock, doypack, wicket bags, flat bags or stand-up pouches.

Pouches or bags infeed conveyor is designed with special means for holding bags in place.

Upon entering the labeling section of the machine, pouches are flattened by a roller to ensure smooth label application.

The labeling machine units can be adjusted according to the pouch or bag size. The adjustments can be done manually and/or pre-programmed and chosen from the options on the HMI menu.

The optional printer for printing date and batch number on labels can be integrated into the bag labeling machine.
