Yes. You're so right about that NYC house hunt. 260K will get you a beautiful home in GA. And 260K in NYC will buy you a mouse trap. You're right about just moving outwards of the city.

Great video. I had an agent also and she was great. Best advice she gave me was buy what you can afford. She told me my credit union would approve us for a BIG amount and they did. I am glad I listened--we purchased a fixer upper with a 15 year mortgage; once the vehicles were paid--we put that amount on the principal and paid the loan off early.
