I leased a limited Porsche when I was young and could afford it, then one day I realised what a waste of money, once my lease contract finished, I returned it and decided to start buying properties instead and drove a £2k cheap van. Best decision I ever made. I own 5 properties and 2 nice cars now. No finance, no stress and make money as well
