As a bridal seamstress, let me add a couple of things. If you have large breasts (D+), you probably need structure added to your gown. Rarely are women perky enough to not need structure. And remember. Structure=$$. Also, for the belly button, the best trick for that is a cotton ball with bandaid. It's a gamechanger.
