If the death like that isn't it common sense to use rope and harness, about impact - maybe a bloater on impact of the drop(or can activate it while dropping), so the impact to wall or metal is cushioned. Is everywhere they can create a shameful vision anyway, that this is nice knowledge as fact but a statement that just not like the listener, bad luck and bad experience is a fixed to experience? About workers' safety, this is like common sense.
