I said it before on one of your videos but I appreciate the "no fluff" aspect of what you do in comparison to someone like Chase Bueker. You only do what's essential to getting the bike back to road worthy and that makes for a more entertaining video, in my opinion.

I’d have a hard time wanting to sell this one. I’d keep it for at least a little bit. The crossplane 4 is an awesome sound! Hope you keep this one in Yamaha Blue. Looking forward to the update!

What you paid; $3200? The priciest bits will likely be forks, headlight, and fairing kit assuming you don't get a screaming deal that none of us mortals ever seem to find (joking, sort of). I'd imagine with another $2500 you can get it back to OEM. If you put all new fluids in and tires on another $400. Honestly, a very fixable bike and nice find!

I didn't really understand the crossplane hype until I rebuilt a 2009 R1 during quarantine. The sound is absolutely intoxicating. It's insane.

I'm blown away how well this bike survived hitting a deer! I hit one in my mustang GT at 80mph and it collapsed the roof all the way down level with the dash. If it would of hit my drivers side and smashed it like the passenger side I wouldn't be here writing this message.
