Don't use the zip while you have the green perk because that's what's causing you that glitch. You fall from a really high place and because of the green perk you don't take fall damage and that's what causing it. Just watch back your world record video the same thing happened. Maybe pulling your parachute would prevent it happening but that obviously slows down the momentum.
