- Improves long-term corrective posture

Avoid hunching with elevated laptop level
- Raise laptop to eye level to avoid chin leaning down and encourage neglected muscles
- Use riser for laptop or attachable keyboard for PC to maintain good posture

Cushioning your landing is crucial for maintaining neutral spine and hip alignment.
- Use a cushion to keep the spine neutral and hips aligned with knees to prevent sinking below the chair's tilt.
- Adjust cushion placement based on your tendency towards a rounded spine or slouching.

Adjust positioning according to pelvic tilt
- For anterior pelvic tilt, sit towards the center of the cushion
- For posterior pelvic tilt, sit more forward to keep the spine neutral
