Fun fact: on may, I weighed 196 pounds and could deadlift 4 plates. I took a 3 week trip off, didn’t work out once, and I can still deadlift 4 plates. Vacation ain’t gonna steal your gains, do t worry.

I usually wake up early and before everyone else. Great time to get in a decent workout while on vacation. You usually walk a lot on vacation as well (amusement parks, beaches, etc.) which reduces the impact of eating a little worse. Just avoid overeating or emotional eating like normal.

bro, Id be really grateful for a vid for people coming back from some kind of break, whether its injury or other kind. Im currently getting back after a month break because of some nerve problems in my right arm, and i feel a bit lost, cuz my strength dropped pretty hard and ive never did such a long break from the gym..
