Hi I’ve got a Ktm 1290gt 2020 reg.I’ve connected a Cardo packtalk slim to the my ride app but I can’t have the on screen display and the audio at same time. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong.

Hi Billy, I have a 2019 ktm 1290 adventure s. My android phone pairs easily with bike but the navigation doesn't show up.on screen. Its paired and works on the phone but not the bike?

Hi, I've Super Adventure 1290R 2019 model. My phone is Android. After pairing the phone or the headset to the bike, they both work fine, but everytime that I restart the bike I need to do the pairing again. The bike doesn't keep the info about the pairing. After claim this issue to the dealer, he said to me that KTM will make an recall (don't mention date) to solve the problem. Also told me that some 2019 models came with this bug. :( If someone know how to solve it faster, please advice. Cheers from Portugal, Miguel

I came to your site to see if the My Ride app and TFT combination could work with a custom route downloaded into the navigation system. I have 2017 1290 SAR with "KTM My Ride" loaded and functioning (sort of). It is still unclear to me from all the videos on this subject whether the navigation data is inside the phone or the TFT instrument console. Since this is an adventure bike it would be helpful if custom off highway routes could be loaded in the system to provide navigation. The problem is, how do you load those into the system if it can be done at all? KTM doesn't seem to clarify much of the features of My Ride so you get the idea that we are Beta testing the system as they work out its functionality.

Hi there,
I have an issue were my helmet headset won't stayed paired once i turn off the bike. There are no issues reconnecting my phone however with my helmet I have to totally re pair it every time. Any suggestions?

I own a 2018 Super Adventure R like yours. I was considering spending the money on opening the My Ride for the bike. Would you suggest it at its cost?

I purchased a 2018 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R in November of 2018 and it was supposed to have the latest update for MY Ride. I purchased the app for my phone which in the U.S. was 8.99 and had no problem pairing my bike to my phone. Problem is when I actually went to use it a couple days later it kept going through all kind of different codes and it said it couldn't find my phone. My GMC truck can find my phone but my KTM cannot. I've moved on.

Someone posted on the play store app that he found connecting in this sequence was successful with him -Fists connect Headset to the bike, then the headset to the phone, then the phone to the bike. Not sure if he means pairing or just each time he connects.
