Chicken & Dumplings Recipe from scratch 🥣

**Ingredients:**

**For the Chicken:**
- Skinless chicken thighs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Chicken bouillon
- Splash of white wine 🍷 (optional)

**Vegetables:**
- Celery
- Carrots
- Onion
- Russet potatoes
- Peas

**For the Dumpling Dough:**
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter 🧈
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cracked pepper
- Optional: fresh parsley 🌿

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
- Season skinless chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and chicken bouillon.
- Optional: add a splash of white wine.
- Bake uncovered in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.

2. **Prepare the Vegetables:**
- While the chicken bakes, clean and chop celery, carrots, onion, russet potatoes, and peas.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter and a drizzle of olive oil in a soup pot.
- Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
- Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil.

3. **Add the Chicken:**
- Add the shredded chicken to the pot once the water is boiling.

4. **Prepare the Dumplings:**
- In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of melted butter, 2 tablespoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and cracked pepper.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the boiling pot.

5. **Cook the Dumplings:**
- Add a splash of heavy cream and additional seasonings to the pot.
- Reduce heat and cook the dumplings on low for about 15 minutes.

6. **Serve:**
- Garnish with fresh parsley.

- 2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal
- Pimienta agrietada
- Perejil fresco (opcional) 🌿

**Instrucciones:**

1. **Prepara el Pollo:**
- Sazona los muslos de pollo sin piel con sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo, paprika y caldo de pollo.
