GL(0) is pure Lorentzian while GL(0) is pure Gaussian but as you increased "Gaussian" why u increased number rather than decrease?

This video is really helpful for improving fitting skills, But i am sitll confused on my XPS Ti data, could you help me fitting just one curve? thank you very much.

2p peaks comes in pairs. 3/2 has twice the arena of 1/2. Why have you not constrained the arena? Changing peaks shapes without proper number of pairs and constrains will lead to pointless results.

Hi, We find Area % of different deconvoluted peaks in High resolution XPS spectra. How can we predict or find Atomic % involved with these deconvoluted peaks? Is this Area% same as Atomic % ?
