To see them play in the Dome at the Queen Mary, former home of the Fabled Spruce Goose, with Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.. surreal is an understatement, , to our knowledge at the time . First time a band had played inside .. the doom creates echoes that are hard to explain.. proud to have been a part of the small Production team for the Ink n Iron festival..

The band is from my hometown Austin Texas, most of the roads they mention in this song are actual roads and highways in Austin. Working on getting my first motorcycle and soon I'll be rollin' fast down I35 listening to this song. B-)

I'll be honest, I learned about these gents and a lady from "Spec Ops: The Line", but I am damn glad I learned about them one way or the other. This and "Sniper at the gates of heaven" are my favorite TBA songs.
