audio sounds super low my fault

I didn’t mention true form mahito cuz it was making the video very long, my actual thoughts are that he would be way more trouble for base hakari, a jackpot hakari, while I don’t think he can one shot him, can continuously hit him, if you wanna say mahito can slash Hakari’s head off (cap..), fairs but I do think hakari just outclasses in stats

Mahito would be lucky to even touch Hakari’s Jordans

Hakari is the 1%

the mahito clone having the same durability as regular mahito thing is also an insane reach he literally survives a black flash from a stronger yuuji later in that fight while not expecting it at all

Problem with Hakari is he doesnt have a “super” offensive move.

I agree for the most part but the main thing I feel is kinda cap/glaze is the scaling of Base Hakari vs Yuji. Mainly because it’s clear Yuji wasn’t ever fighting to defeat Hakari at all and was mainly just trying to talk him down and was also caught off guard, the single attack he threw was clearly mainly to get his attention and try to talk again and even after all that plus 3 completely unguarded blows he still couldn’t put Yuji down, so I doubt base Hakari just completely outscales Post Shibuya Yuji.

Hakari negs that Cursed Bum and goes back dancing.

I have a hypothetical: The hypothetical Mahito who survives the Shibuya arc vs all the people he's fought at the same time: Shibuya Nobara, Overtime Nanami, Shibuya todo, and the Post Shibuya Itadori.

Nice vid! You got some sick production as always!!
Some things...
1. Equating clone Mahito to real Mahito is a reach. Yuji hit Mahito with black flashes, which directly harm his soul and those weren't able to one shot him even after resonance already damaged him significantly, while a non black flash amped regular punch one-shot the clone....

2. I feel like Mahito's growth factor was heavily underestimated. If the hypothetical fight took place in Tokyo Co. 2 like you say, then he'd have access to ISBODK which far outscales Yuji (according to Gege in the vol extras) in just physicals while being at less than ~10% of his soul. Furthermore a Mahito that survives Shibuya would also have access to using his technique remotely via Tengen's barriers seeing as Kenjaku said cursed spirits stop growing at the point of absorption. Kenjaku could've either absorbed Mahito and summon him to start the culling games, or simply teach him how to do it without absorbing since Mahito's technique was required for starting the games in the first place, but that's neither here nor there.

3. For the domain clashes, you talked about scenarios where Mahito launched at the same time as Hakari or afterwards. But you never mentioned the potential scenario of him opening his domain first. He hides his domain hand seal in his mouth, so would Hakari even be able to react in time and cast his? During Gojo v Sukuna, Yuta mentions how even being slightly slower with casting your domain could be fatal in high level domain clashes. Say he does land his 0.2 simply from casting it before Hakari can react properly, and is in the process of losing his arm like Todo did. Then Hakari might still be able to quickly counter cast and win the eventual tug of war before his hand fully blows up, but he won't be able to regen his lost arm, meaning no subsequent domains.

4. You mentioned Hakari's beserker fighting style while in jackpot. Wouldn't this be his downfall since Mahito in character likes to change his body into spikes and stuff when people get reckless up close. If one of those spikes hit his brain, he loses RCT (like Hazenoki v Kenjaku), then it's over for Hakari. Not to mention that with all his delayed transfiguration and body repel traps it's a lot easier to surprise him in any blind spots etc. Mahito isn't the type to fight head on all the time like Kashimo and prefers to trick his opponents a lot.

Nanami was able to survive Mahito touching him a couple times because cursed energy subconsciously was around his soul. So if hakari has infinite cursed energy he should have infinite resistance to idle transfiguration

This is a lot of cap. Not only was Yuji not going anywhere near as hard against Hakari as he was against Mahito, but Gege always makes it a point to remind us just how hard even a single one of Yuji's punches is, something he doesn't do with anyone else. Hakari while on Jackpot can forego defense to focus entirely on attack, but saying that his infinite curse energy automatically protects the soul is nothing but headcanon.

Not only that but you're ignoring most of Mahito's kit, from the stockpile of transfigured humans he has giving him countless options to overwhelm his opponent with numbers, to his Body of Distorded Killing, which gives him insanely high durability even against opponents that can bypass his Idle Transfiguration, which nothing shows that Hakari can do anyways. Or even the fact he can use many other forms that he couldn't use against Yuji since he's be giving him a bigger target.

Even if we are generous and say Hakari on a jackpot is resistant enough to Idle Transfiguration that it wouldn't be an issue, there are plenty of gaps between Jackpots where Mahito should be able to touch Hakari. But I will admit that Mahito's domain wouldn't work, not because it wouldn't affect Hakari with infinite cursed energy, because it definitely would, but because Hakari's domain specifically allows him to counter other domains thank's to it being strong in clashes.

Since nanami is able to protect his soul with cursed energy I always thought Hakari with infinite cursed energy would be able to as well

i feel like the nanami thing is either an outlier or mahito has just grown past it as hes shown to get better in literally every way the longer the series goes on.
he also succesfully transfigures mechamaru somebody else who should have soul resistance due to his heavenly restriction.
hakari also tends to fight much more recklessly in jackpot meaning if mahito were to unleash a .2 which is SURE to hit he would be able to harm hakari's soul. he should likely even be able to just open a regular domain expansion not sure weather his domain sure hit is one time use or spammable like dagons but hakari having no way to reliably attack back like sukuna does would just get cooked eventually

The clone havin the same level of durability is a lil bit of a reach to me, wasn’t it stated his cursed energy was split in half after creating the double ?

good vid, got mixed feelings about it being one sided tho. I doubt Mahito's clone is actually as durable as regular Mahito, the fact that he didn't have Mahito's technique and I think its fair to say that his clone doesn't have the stats he does and is probably lower on everything. Hakari still cant hit his soul, I get everyone's saying that it'll be a war of attrition and if his ct runs out he might be able to kill him, but in order for Mahito to get to such a point it takes a lot, even when he left Nanami and Yuji, thats after fighting Yuji who can hurt his soul, fighting Nanami as well, using a DE and getting hit be Sukuna who can also hit the soul, that's a lot just to get him to that point and that's early Mahito. His fight against Kashimo shows that he can blitz Mahito but the only thing about that is Kashimo who imo probably donest have as much CE as Mahito was still able to stand against Hakari can continue to basically deliver plenty of killing blows that Hakari only survived cus of his CT, he who after Kashimo lost his CE cus getting thrown into the ocean and even after he gives up he isnt all that injured, he his a little beaten but overall pretty okay, enough to chill and talk with Hakari and walk with them just fine. With that in mind, Mahito's creativity and ability to fight at any range and constantly adapt his fighting style while no harm coming to his soul while being able to damage Hakari's soul is gonna be a real challenge. I think Hakari can get it done but its a close one and this is putting aside Mahito's domain and final form. In short it could go either way

Bros agenda is straight through the ROOF what stops mahito from opening his domain when hakari is in jp state. This is literally a battle hakari cannot win. Also mahito was also nerfed vs yuji too

Correct me if Im wrong, but Hakari's jackpot energy is limitless, not infinite.

If Hakari had access to infinite cursed energy, he could theoretically destroy the universe. But instead, his cursed energy just refreshes faster than he uses it, similar to Gojo.

Hakari should have some resistance to Idle Transfiguration certainly, but a theoretical post-Shibuya Mahitio would be to savvy to tip his hand. Its entirely possible that Hakari would allow himself to be hit enough that Mahito could cripple him.

If you think Hakari wins you are delusional.
1. Hakari's only option of beating Mahito is through an attack that can actually touch Mahito's soul or an attack so powerful it obliterates Mahito entirely, like Gojo's Hollow Purple and Hakari has neither. Mahito got hit with a blackflash from Todo and shrugged it off, stating that as long as it doesn't touch his soul he is fine.

2. Hakari's fighting style is so susceptible to Mahito's CT and fighting style, that he is at more of a disadvantage in such a battle than Mahito.

3. Using Nanami vs Mahito as a basis to determine if Hakari can survive Mahito's CT is flawed because Mahito at that point is still a baby curse and hasn't fought JJK sorcerers before, he didn't know how to properly channel CE like Yuji was thought by Todo and he was learning and making it along as he went, and his fighting style changed as his fighting style vs Todo and Yuji is a bit different.

4. The question of if Mahito can one-shot Hakari or how many touches he'll need to kill Hakari despite CE reinforcement is left for what version of Mahito Hakari is actually fighting, cause if it's "Instant Body of Distorted Killing Mahito" Hakari faces, there's no way Hakari survives.

5. Lastly You fail to mention Mahito's transfigured humans and in a battle such as this I doubt Hakari will see Mahito, because Mahito just has to bombard Hakari with just enough Transfigured Humans and wait until Hakari tires himself out so he can just touch him, and this will work because Hakari doesn't have an attack that can just obliterate them in one go, he has to do it at max 3-5 at a time, which will surely wear him out at least the transfigured humans were enough to wear Gojo out for him to be later sealed by Kenjaku.

Upon Hakari using his DE, wouldn't that also neutralise Mahito's CT so it then becomes base Hakari vs Mahito w/o Idle Transfiguration?
