There are an overwhelming amount of items in Escape from tarkov and there are sop many of them that are important after a wipe. In this video I talk about how you should decide what to keep and what to sell. This is not a video where I just list off items that you should keep or sell because the economy changes so often that it would be out of date very quickly, instead I talk about the game and how you can decide what you need and what is worth money. The escape from tarkov wiki is one of the absolute most helpful resources when it comes to this because you can see items that you need for barters and for quests!

This episode provides some excellent information. Particularly to me it was the gun collection and not wanting to sell it. I have a dozen weapons, excluding pistols, and I was holding on to them "for future use." These need to go since I'm filling up the old stash. Thanks.

Hideout upgrades don't generally need to be found in raid so i sell those items for the flee rep then try to bye them back cheaper when I'm ready to start the upgrade. This helps with space money and flee rep :)

It is also good to keep in mind what works in Hideout as components to build other, expensive items.

craft allot of sugar and SJ6 Tlabs, also keep fuel because after 1-2 weeks of wipe they usually end up at 200k each.
also kek is good for crafting. and its always good to keep all kinds of computer parts like fans, cpu, graphics card so u can get bitcoin farm quickly
