Flux means "flow." The units of water flow are volume divided by time.

There is something that I'm not quite grasping here. It is understood that magnetic Flux is stagnant on its own, and yet it is described as going into or out of a given area going in or out implies movement . These are verbs/action words. Flux does not move unless one moves it. What is actually meant by The flux lines, 'B field' is going in or out?

Could you explain (in an intuitive way) why "constant current induces constant magnetic field, but only changing magnetic flux induces current"? Since electric field and magnetic field are intrinsically only one thing, why constant magnetic field does not induce electric field but the reverse?
