I feel bad for the guy, he is in some kind of emotional stress. And he cried before shooting the gun. He had the intention to suicide. He should have reported the incident. Anyways it's was scary. And I loved the video.

It's sad how he must've had the thought of committing suicide, way before the start of their chat. This dude can't save that person's life, but he could've at least reported the whole story. It really is traumatic to witness something like that, hence I can't blame him either.

On the bright side, that guy who died, won't go undiscovered.
He died by the gun shot, he was also in a building where others live, not in his own house or something. Hence others would hear the sound and discover his dead body.
