Eloise Rickman from Croydon has homeschooled her daughter Frida for the last few years but she also advises parents across the world on home education.

She wants to help parents who may feel daunted through the coronavirus outbreak and says: 'Please don’t feel you have to recreate school at home, you really don’t, you are enough for your children.'
