Great info…I’ve replaced mine without any problems. It’s just a “nut and bolt” and lubricant job. Like you said, adjusting the spring to correct torsion is to be taken slowly and no distraction. It’s not worth $500 for “experts” to do it.

Love the repair videos. I have a question on the number of turns to set the spring tension. Is that 1/4 turns or 360° turns of 25-30?
