This is so so so relatable! Like Jacqueline said the footage play a huge part in demonstrating visually, what goes on in our minds when we are feeling stuck and stressed. It demonstrates to people, who don’t have this type of struggle essentially, what anxious thoughts can look like! Really really cool video !!! - Daniela
