I can’t work out if the large loops actually achieve anything or are just theatre (or fun), because could you do the same by just going back thru very close the existing stitch.

But…she just pulled all the stitches out and now you have nothing left but a knotted thread in the fabric…what’s the point?

No no, i see what theyre doing. This is them using this technique to get nearly invisible stitches on the front end of this fabric, but also using this looping technique to make it easier to see on the front

This stitch is a chain stitch and the fact they did that at the end feels odd like noooo i hate it when happens on accident when im doing embroidery 😮‍💨😅😂

As a show, you are sewing this pattern for teaching everbody. Only sewing surface but not showing bottom. We don’t understand.
