The flat rate repair fee scheme you guys have in the U.S is superb. Wish we had that in the U.K. We have to send to a place called Steve’s Repairs. When I got my 15 mk2 repaired under warranty after the bearing seized after 6 hours use, I even had to pay the postage to get it to him - I kid you not!
