Great video!
I am a 20+ year runner. In my 40s ran road marathons. Always used superfeet. In my 50s took up trail running. For some reason I didn't use the superfeet. I am now 59 and started having PF issues. Done PT, chiropractor, dry needling and tried all kinds of orthopedic incerts. I forgot about superfeet. Went back to superfeet and I am running again 🙌. I am not at 100% recovery, but I am able to run 2 miles so far. I shouldn't of never stopped using superfeet.

My nephew works for Big 5 and he bought Superfeet insoles and said that his feet felt great. I have flat feet and was issued orthotics in early 2000's by a Podiatrist, those eventually fell apart years later. Recently I have sustained a foot fracture, nerve damage on the arch of my foot and on=going back pain. He got me a pair of Superfeet about a month ago and the nerve pain has gone away completely. The back pain is also getting better. I had him order another pair so I can keep one in my running shoes and one for my regular shoes. I Googled Superfeet insoles and came across your informative video. Looks like my nephew had a good idea to recommend these insoles.

My son is just about to give up getting his feet corrected. He has spent a fortune on shoes, orthodics and even surgery. He is diabetic and gets ulcers then blood blisters on the ball of his feet. He was talked into surgery to remove most of his big toe, but all it did was move the problem to the second metatarsal instead of the first. If you werent so far away, we would definitely come to you for your expertise and follow through.

I recently got a pair of the Aetrex running insoles after experiencing some plantar pain. While subtle, the support does make a significant difference for me. I did not experience any pain after an 18 mile run in these insoles. I recommend them if you’re looking for something that offers a bit of support and is not overly built with rigid plastic. By the way, I have flat feet and purchased the low arch option.

Been using Dr Scholls for a couple years and theyre fine. But recently I got a job where I'm on my feet for 10 hours and they werent cutting it. I switched to superfeet and the difference was huge, no more pain.

I got "foot levelers" insole and I love it. Very comfortable and supportive but it was really expensive.

I couldn't run or play ball due to ankle and foot pain. My orthopedic changed my life when he told me I needed orthotic insoles.

I work walking on concrete so I had major foot pain. I bought 10 dollar insoles from Walmart (air plus heel gel) no I have no issues at all. I can walk all day if needed lol

Price doesn't matter if the quality is superior.

After running 2, 000+ miles last year and taking shoes beyond 300mi+ per pair I realized the importance of shoe replacement once the support begins to fade. Tons of over pronation with overly used shoes the last two months have flared up my achilles and the lateral side of my left calf thinking I may have some excessive stress on my fibula from the loss of support. I use neutral shoes but have just purchased some powerstep and walk hero insoles to test out while walking and eventually easing back into harder activity in the coming weeks. They feel good so far and I immediately realized the correction in my walking stride, so this video is good to see I got a couple reasonable picks!

Doctor's told me don't come in unless you want to pay $400 + $50 for office visit.

I’m a scholl’s fan. I look for shoes that are supportive and a neutral footbed then the Dr. scholls for the arch and padding. The gel lasts much longer than other materials and doesn’t flatten out when hiking for miles.

I've tried most of these and multiple customs over the last 5 years.
Today i'm finally having success with Currex runpro High, but that is just my experience.
PF is the worst, and i have had broken tibia and fibia from hockey. At least that had a projected heal time. PF is worse, for me at least. Cheers!

Problem with the spenco/walkhero types I have tried from online is that they claim they cure pronation, supination, plantar, etc... all in one, the same thing. That's just bullcrap. I'm a supinator looking to keep my heel in place and support my outer front foot from the constant fatigue and soreness. The do help with higher arch support, but the foot still keeps turning over, maybe even worse at times. And they lack extra cushion. There are few options out there for us without getting some expensive custom thing that probably won't work.

Ninja orthotics are the best I ever had. They are half orthotics that slip under the insole on your heel side. It works for me, and it is great in most of my running shoes.
