You (Dell) guys are so full of yourselves.
I bought a machine in 2016. 5 years. Been using it, and using it well. I DON'T have the money Nor do I Want to buy a new machine.

So why can't you guys even help me diagnose what's wrong with the machine ?

Why is it dell thinks that after 5 years, Inspiron laptops are end-of-life, not worth repairing.

I literally was told we can't help you even diagnose the problem. Multiple times.

Your "Sustainable" approach is a stark contraindication of your other policies, if a 5 year old Inspiron can be deemed end of life.
